Overview

Dan represents employers in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, in arbitration proceedings, and in collective bargaining negotiations. He counsels employers with respect to a wide variety of employment matters, including union-free campaigns.

    • Negotiated more than 250 collective bargaining contracts including master contracts and multi-employer contracts.
    • Led more than 100 union avoidance campaigns on behalf of small-size to Fortune 100 companies.
    • Represented employers in hundreds of state and federal cases involving discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge.
