Overview

Jen is a paralegal devoted to our family law practice. She is impeccably organized and sensitive to clients’ needs during their life-changing transition. She has over fifteen years of experience in assisting attorneys on complex cases and is an integral part of our team. 

Jen works with counsel to ensure that all cases are handled effectively and efficiently. She has direct interaction with clients and court personnel. She is responsible for monitoring and managing calendars, dockets, and deadlines. She oversees the collection, organization, and analysis of documents, including client information, discovery, and subpoenas. Jen drafts various court pleadings and other domestic relations forms, summaries, charts, and agreements. She also assists with hearing and trial preparation.

    • Preparation of discovery summaries, deposition outlines, and general pleadings.
    • Drafting of various pleadings and other court forms, documents, and agreements.
    • Analyzing statements and other papers regarding misappropriated or concealed assets.
    • Conducting background research and review of public records.
    • Assisting counsel in the preparation of hearings and trials, including the preparation of exhibits.
    • Experience with preparation of documentation, forms, and final client binders for estate planning.
    • Experience with filing various pleadings/documents in all local courts as Docket Clerk.
    • Experience with managing, inventorying, and tracking firm files for offsite storage in role as File Clerk.
