Overview

Erin provides comprehensive paralegal support to the Construction Practice Group at Frantz Ward. She has extensive experience in a wide-range of areas, including construction, labor and employment, workers' compensation, bankruptcy, and domestic relations. Erin enjoys utilizing her experience to help assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations and trial in both state and federal jurisdictions.

Erin has managed high-volume case loads and has played a vital role in the collection, organization, review and production in complex document intensive cases.

Practices

    • Drafted and answered complaints, discovery, case evaluation briefs, motion responses (including summary disposition motions), motions to intervene and various other pleadings.
    • Provided assistance in high-volume litigation, including preparing for court hearings, writing and legal research.
    • Experienced in trial preparation as well as attending and assisting attorneys at trial.
    • Assisted in complex litigation cases working alongside the attorneys to create successful settlement outcomes.
