Overview

Elizabeth provides comprehensive support to all practice groups at Frantz Ward. She is a seasoned paralegal with more than 18 years of experience with an emphasis on litigation, including discovery, deposition and trial preparation, and managing electronic storage of production documents. Elizabeth has been involved in cases filed in multidistrict litigation as well as the local, state, federal and appellate levels.

Practices

    • Completed pretrial and trial preparations and managed a team of vendors for a trial out of state, including coordinating all travel, locating meeting rooms, and witness preparations. Also attended trial and coordinated projects with graphics team and courtroom liaison. Assisted a team of 12 attorneys to successfully defended client in product liability litigation.
    • Managed large trial team litigating against six defendants, including the appellate phase after favorable jury verdict.
    • Prepared briefs and appendices filed with the Federal Circuit and created interactive briefs for Federal Circuit judges.
    • Coordinated with Japanese Consulate; travel agency and deposition service and supported attorneys in Japan with depositions of key witnesses for complex litigation.
    • Management of complex litigation from the origin of the case through trial or settlement, including extensive docketing management and court filings, discovery and document review as well as collaborating with attorneys to complete dispositive briefing and trial preparation.
