Overview

Klevis is an associate with a breadth of unique experiences, including moving from Albania to the United States in 1998. His practice is focused on representing clients in a variety of litigation, including six-figure disputes regarding automobile accidents, coverage decisions, defending subrogation and reimbursement claims, and patent litigation.
 
While in law school, Klevis served as judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Kathleen B. Burke in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He was also the managing editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. Klevis received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Baldwin Wallace University.

Practices

    • Assisted a client involved in patent litigation in obtaining a favorable claims construction ruling and ultimately favorable settlement. 
    • Regularly aids in the representation of large regional health insurer in succesfully defending coverage decisions and in defending claims brought by providers in connection with reimbursement claims. 
    • Assisted in successfully obtaining a favorable arbitration judgment for an automobile dealer involving the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. 
    • Aided in the representation of a transportation company in a dispute regarding an automobile accident involving one of its truck drivers.
    • Aided in the representation of a Canadian insurance company in a $21 million dispute regarding an automobile accident with one of its insured transportation companies.
    • Aided in the representation of a construction company in a zoning permit dispute.
    • Assisted in zoning dispute involving concrete crushing operation; obtained judgment in client’s favor via an administrative appeal.
    • Advised a healthcare payments company on consumer licensing and late fee requirements for different states.
