Klevis is an associate with a breadth of unique experiences, including moving from Albania to the United States in 1998. His practice is focused on representing clients in a variety of litigation, including six-figure disputes regarding automobile accidents, coverage decisions, defending subrogation and reimbursement claims, and patent litigation.
While in law school, Klevis served as judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Kathleen B. Burke in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He was also the managing editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. Klevis received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Baldwin Wallace University.


    • Regularly assists medical marijuana entities in Ohio with regulatory issues and litigation.
    • Represents transportation companies in catastrophic accident litigation.
    • Assists national trial counsel for America’s largest family-owned and operated food and hospitality provider with a fleet of over 1,300 semi-trucks and box trucks operating in 38 states
    • Regularly advises motor carriers, brokers, and other logistics companies in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and applicable state and federal law.
    • Represents distributors and manufacturers in product liability litigation throughout Ohio.
    • Routinely represents a large regional health insurer in successfully defending coverage decisions and in defending reimbursement/subrogation claims.
    • Assists in intellectual property litigation involving patents, trademarks, and Anti-Cyber Squatting Act. 
    • Regularly assists clients in consumer litigation and arbitrations involving consumer goods and automobiles. 
    • Assists in zoning disputes, including administrative appeals, throughout Ohio.
