Frantz Ward is proud to announce that Partner Patrick F. Haggerty has been elected to the Board of Directors of North Coast Community Homes.
 
North Coast Community Homes provides safe, comfortable and affordable homes in Northeast Ohio for people with development disabilities, serious mental illness and other disabilities. With the support of many donors, volunteers, and professionals, they have developed and managed more than 230 community-based homes serving more than 1,000 men and women since 1984.
 
Pat is Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He has served as national trial counsel for several companies and is often retained by excess insurers to participate in pending matters. He has extensive experience in designing and coordinating defense strategies and investigation efforts for clients ranging from closely-held corporations to Fortune 100 companies. Pat has tried or closely supervised trial counsel in cases throughout the country. He advises clients on anti-corruption issues, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other compliance issues in the U.S. and abroad. He has been named to The Best Lawyers in America and Ohio Super Lawyer’s, and is consistently rated AV Preeminent, the highest ranking, for professional and ethical excellence by Martindale-Hubbell. He received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his B.A. from McGill University.
