Construction Attorney Allison Taller Reich Appointed Vice President of Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association

Frantz Ward is pleased to share that construction attorney, Allison Taller Reich, is appointed Vice President of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association and will serve a one-year term. Allison has been a Trustee with the organization since 2013 and has served in various leadership roles including most recently completing a term as Secretary. Allison was the recipient of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association’s 2018 President’s Award.

The Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association supports, serves, and promotes Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, its alumni, students, faculty, and staff by offering quality educational and professional programs and opportunities designed to enhance the reputation and foster pride and involvement in the Cleveland-Marshall community.
 
Allison focuses on all aspects of construction law, including drafting, negotiating, and revising contracts; assisting clients manage claims, projects, and schedules in real time to keep projects moving; and resolving disputes between her clients. She strives to obtain the best possible result for her clients at the earliest opportunity. Because of this, Allison engages in negotiations and mediations before and in addition to arbitration hearings and litigation proceedings including trials. She goes “all-in” for her clients because she understands that the issues they face—large and small—can make or break for each client. Allison is also very involved in the community, including participating in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3Rs Program, which teaches constitution and government topics to high school students in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, as well as the Partners in Justice Program, supporting the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. Allison is also involved in several legal and professional associations including the National Association of Women in Construction. She is the recipient of the 2017 Ohio State Bar Foundation Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 and Under for District 12. Allison is named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. She earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her B.S., in Architecture, from The Ohio State University.
