Partner Adam Russ Re-Elected to OSBA Council of Delegates

Frantz Ward LLP is pleased to announce that partner Adam J. Russ has been re-elected as a District 12 representative of the Ohio State Bar Association Council of Delegates. He will serve a two-year term commencing July 1, 2018. This will be his fourth consecutive two-year term of service on the Council. Adam served as part of the Association’s Leadership Academy Class of 2011 and is a member of the Association’s Young Lawyers Section Council. 

The Council is one of the two major governing bodies of the Ohio State Bar Association – the other being the Board of Governors. Members of the Council meet at least once a year to consider legislative proposals offered by the committees and sections of the Association. In addition, members also consider proposed rule changes to the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct and other matters pertaining to the Association and the legal profession.

Adam helps individuals and businesses work through their most challenging risk management and legal problems. From day-to-day business counseling through to the rigors of litigation, Adam has helped his clients achieve pragmatic results whether inside the courtroom or working to avoid it. From contract disputes to class actions, in the workplace or job site, Adam’s skills and pragmatic approach have earned the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike. Adam has experience defending matters in courts and ADR forums. Adam earned his JD from Notre Dame Law School and his BBA, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
