Frantz Ward is proud to share that attorney, Joseph Guenther
, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Classical Guitar Society (CCGS).
Established in 2002, the CCGS first began by bringing highly acclaimed classical guitarists from around the world to perform for the public. Today, in addition to continuing this tradition, CCGS provides life-changing experiences to over 200 young people in the city of Cleveland through classical guitar classes and lessons during the school day and after school at no cost to the students. CCGS students perform more than 50 times per year.
Joe is an Associate at Frantz Ward serving clients with contract review and risk management. He also advises clients regarding litigation strategies. While in law school, Joe served in the Notre Dame Community Development Clinic as a Certified Student Legal Intern where he represented clients who had a vision for making Northern Indiana a better place to live. He also worked in the Defense Service Office for the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps in Pensacola, Florida, where he provided research, drafted motions for use in courts-martial, and aided in administrative separation boards. Prior to law school, Joe was a program coordinator with the Ohio Department of Veterans Services.
Joe received his J.D., cum laude
, from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude
, in Economics and Political Science from The Ohio State University. Joe also served honorably in the Army National Guard as an aircraft powertrain repairer with the 638th
Aviation Support Battalion out of North Canton, Ohio.
