Jonathan M. Scandling to the Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO) Board of Directors.
MAHO provides and promotes accessible housing solutions for people with physical mobility disabilities. Since MAHO's founding in 1981, hundreds of families have enjoyed independent living thanks to their programs. Jon's term on the board will begin January 1, 2022.
Jon focuses his practice on the representation of management in all aspects of labor & employment law. He provides counseling and training to clients for best practices on a wide range of human resource issues such as terminations, compliance with employment laws, workplace investigations, and the preparation of policies and employment agreements. Jon has extensive experience in public sector labor & employment law, with much of his practice revolving around traditional labor matters. He is named to the Ones to Watch list by The Best Lawyers in America. Jon earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.S.,
magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
