He has represented employers in contract negotiations with virtually every major union in the U.S. and Canada. Mike also serves as outside general counsel for a number of his clients. He enjoys serving as a trusted advisor and holds positions within the Board of Directors or other corporate positions for many clients. Mike is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and is consistently recognized among
