Nan leads the competitive intelligence function at the Frantz Ward. She is responsible for delivering intelligence to the management committee in support of firm and practice group strategic plans. She evaluates the firm’s market positioning, reviewing opportunities and threats to improve competitiveness and differentiate the firm’s value to clients.
She provides customized analysis on prospects and clients to help attorneys gain a greater understanding of a company’s business and legal environment, resulting in insights which helps attorneys win new work. She also builds opportunity spotting programs with the CFO and management committee to review firm financials for cross selling within the firm’s client base.
Nan earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin School of Journalism. She has been a speaker and active member of the Legal Marketing Association – Competitive Intelligence Special Interest Group.
