Overview

Patrick has been involved in all areas of litigation. As a law student, Patrick interned for a federal magistrate judge and a common pleas judge, giving him valuable insights into the inner workings of litigation, which he applies when representing clients.

Patrick advises clients operating in the cannabis industry in Ohio, counseling them in numerous different matters including dispensary applications, change of ownership applications, and zoning requirements. Patrick received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from Cleveland State University.

    • Analyzed the effect of federal marijuana descheduling on state marijuana prohibitions.
