• Represented owners of a cable and wire manufacturing business in sale of the company to a private equity company ($54 million).

• Represented telecommunications company in the acquisition of data centers, cellular towers, and smaller telecommunications companies in all 50 states and advised on data privacy and freedom of information act requests.

• Represented several national non-profit companies in the merger and consolidation of regional entities.

• Represented a developer of biotech technology and facilities in property acquisitions and acquisitions of smaller biotech businesses.

• Represented multiple dental practice owners in the sale of their dental practice to national practices (~$3 million - $10 million).

• Represented a private investment group for a $110 million acquisition financing for the purchase of Pilates studios in 32 states, reviewed and negotiated acquisition financing documents.

• Represented a private investment group for multiple purchases of assisted living and skilled nursing facilities across the United States.

• Represented owner/operators of a tool manufacturing business for multiple expansion phases to different states and obtaining acquisition financing.

• Represented an institutional lender in connection with a $150 million financing to a products manufacturer, drafted negotiated credit agreement, guarantees, and ancillary credit financing documents.

• Represented an institutional lender in connection with a $55 million construction financing to a real estate investment firm, drafted negotiated loan agreement, guarantees, and ancillary loan financing documents.

• Represented an institutional lender in connection with several working capital loans to owner/operators of various manufacturers.

• Represented chemicals manufacturer in connection with refinancing $150 million line of credit.
