FinCEN Representatives to Provide a Briefing on New CTA Requirements via Zoom, Sponsored by SBCA, and Moderated by Matthew F. Kadish

The Small Business Council of America (SBCA) is sponsoring a panel of U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) representatives. The presentation will be via Zoom on November 15 from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. and will be moderated by Matthew F. Kadish, SBCA CEO and VP-Legislation and Partner, Frantz Ward.
 
The panel briefing will cover the major provisions of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and provide guidance on how to comply with the new rules, which will require many businesses to report their beneficial ownership information to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s FinCEN beginning January 1, 2024.
