Frantz Ward Paralegal Noelle M. Visintainer Receives OSBA Paralegal Certification

Frantz Ward is proud to announce that Paralegal Noelle M. Visintainer has received the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Paralegal Certification. She is among thirteen paralegals to receive this certification in November 2020.
 
“Paralegals are integral to the practice of law. Those who voluntarily participate in the OSBA’s rigorous certification program set themselves apart, gaining additional skills, knowledge and expertise, as well as earning a valuable credential that demonstrates their commitment to excellence,” said OSBA President Linda Tucci Teodosio.
 
To be eligible for the OSBA paralegal certification program, an applicant must meet specified requirements related to education/experience, continuing legal education, and references, and then must pass a written exam.
 
Noelle provides comprehensive paralegal support to the Litigation and Labor & Employment practice groups at Frantz Ward. With over a decade of litigation experience in a range of areas including commercial, product liability and labor & employment matters, Noelle has been utilized in diverse client environments, including large publicly traded companies, local family owned companies and non-profit organizations in the health care, technology, higher education, food services and transportation industries. Noelle has developed a fine-tuned ability to facilitate and assist on all phases of discovery and plays a vital role in the collection, organization, review and production in high-volume document intensive cases. She is accustomed to and enjoys assisting attorneys with gathering information from clients and third parties, in addition to preparing materials for depositions, mediations and jury trials, in both state and federal jurisdictions. Noelle earned her certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College and her B.A. from Bowling Green State University.
