Ohio Extends (But Significantly Amends) Stay At Home Order

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Health Director Dr. Amy Acton have taken the next step in reopening the Ohio economy, extending their April 2 Stay At Home Order but significantly amending its restrictions and renaming it the Stay Safe Ohio Order. The new Order, effective April 30, is consistent with the framework and guidelines for opening Ohio's businesses in stages through May, as set out in the State's Responsible RestartOhio Plan. The Stay Safe Ohio Order, currently in effect through May 29, 2020 can be accessed here.
