Our antitrust lawyers have a broad range of experience in all aspects of antitrust law, from counseling clients on compliance with federal and state antitrust statutes, including the Sherman Act, Clayton Act and Robinson-Patman Act, to litigating antitrust claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. We have successfully handled in trial and appellate courts a number of antitrust cases, including price fixing and merger cases. We have counseled clients on Hart-Scott-Rodino compliance matters, and developed and implemented antitrust compliance programs. We recently represented a major chemical manufacturer in the defense of several class actions involving allegations of price fixing and market allocation.
