Jim helps businesses and individuals anticipate and manage risk and resolve disputes on construction projects.  He drafts and negotiates construction contracts, provides risk management and conflict resolutions counseling before and during the course of construction, and mediates, arbitrates and litigates disputes. He has tried cases and argued appeals in state and federal courts, arbitrated fast-track and large complex construction disputes and mediated disputes of all sizes.
