Attorney Profile for Stephen F. Gladstone
Steve focuses on the litigation of all types of business disputes, including health care, business torts, real property, business dissolutions, Uniform Commercial Code, insurance, contract and business valuations. Steve has extensive trial and arbitration experience in complex business disputes. In addition, he has vast appellate experience, having argued and briefed cases in the Ohio Supreme Court, numerous Ohio Courts of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He also has received formal training as a mediator and commercial arbitrator and frequently serves as a decision-maker or settlement facilitator in complex matters. Steve's experience in these areas allows him to advise clients in litigation avoidance.
Drawing upon his legal expertise, as well as his background as a former high school teacher, Steve is a frequent lecturer on various legal issues.
